Pois então, para se formar uma frase negativa no present continuous (como é o caso desta frase) basta adicionar o not ou a particula 'nt após o verbo be ("am", "are" ou "is"), formando assim:
I am not playing games on the laptop;I ain't playing games on the laptop.Traduzindo: Eu não estou jogando (jogos) no computador
